🔧 About the Kit
These disc covers are designed to reduce grass buildup, improve blade rotation, and extend the lifespan of your Luba's cutting system.
Each cover is tailored for a specific blade layout and disc type — including OEM discs and PrintedbyAdermalm’s own 4- and 6-blade cutter discs.
The covers are mounted on top of the cutting disc using the same screws that hold the blades in place.
The open-center design allows direct access to the central hub screws, which is ideal if you want to remove or service the entire disc without dismantling the blades.
The closed design provides full shielding, but to remove the disc, you’ll need to unscrew all blade screws first.

They are designed to prevent grass accumulation and support blade function — not to absorb debris strikes or protect against mechanical collisions. Used without OEM spacers.

Wieder sehr durchdacht, sehr gute Qualität, passt sehr gut. Zwischen Messerteller und Disc-Hülle (ca. 3 - 4 mm) schieben sich bei diesen hohen Rotationsgeschwindigkeiten der Messerteller trotzdem kurze frische und trockene Grashalmreste, die Messer bleiben aber trotzdem weitestgehend freigängig - definitiv eine große Verbesserung zur Situation ohne Disc-Hüllen. Da waren die 8 Messer nach 1,5 Stunden Mähen, auch bei trockenem Wetter, immer fest, einige etwas schräg verkippt und nicht mehr frei, maximal nach außen stehend aber in Funktion. Die Disc-Hüllen sind eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Funktioniert bestens. Keine Blätter(-stiele) oder Grashalme bleiben mehr an den Messern hängen
